Irányelvekhez
A series of concise guidelines highlighting effective policy provisions for public libraries in lifelong learning, drawing attention and linking to established and emerging good practice in the provision of services for learning, will be authored by a working group from 5 of the partners and edited by EUN and MDR for packaging, dissemination and contributive comment.
The core of the guidelines will focus on the continued development of the transversal role of libraries and their partners in supporting learning across childrens’, adult and vocational education, in the varying economic, social, cultural infrastructural and professional conditions across Europe. The Guidelines will also draw on a database demonstrating good practice in adult learning policy development for public libraries.
The foci for the development of the guidelines, recommendations and the development of a framework for impact assessment will need to be sufficiently flexible to be developed in the light of emerging evidence, addressing the following areas:
